Triple Effect

It works effective, it works in the long term!

FALL ASLEEP FASTER

through pure relaxation

LR LIFETAKT Night Master relaxes your body and mind long term with regular consumption, allowing you to fall asleep faster.1
Relaxation and rest for body and mind form the basis for falling asleep fast. Without them, thoughts do not calm down and muscles can not relax.

SLEEP DEEP

through improved sleep quality

LR LIFETAKT Night Master improves your sleep quality and supports your body's own natural production of the sleep hormone melatonin.4 Many factors contribute to a good night's sleep. The melatonin level is crucial. The melatonin regulates namely the sleeping and waking times. In appropriate concentration it makes you tired and makes you fall asleep quickly and sleep well.

WAKE UP RESTED

through optimized regeneration during sleep

LR LIFETAKT Night Master improves the natural recovery of body and mind during sleep, so you wake up fit and well-rested and have full batteries for the day. 2 Regeneration during sleep is essential: Humans process information, impressions and stimuli during sleep. Growth hormones are released, driving muscle growth5 and repair mechanisms6. And also the immune system7 can recover.

EFFECTIVE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

For healthy sleep

ALOE VERA

Aloe Vera contains a combination of acemannan, vitamins, trace elements, minerals and enzymes. It supports the general construction and regeneration processes during the night and helps to wake up refreshed.

Aloe Vera also increases the nutrient utilization of the other active ingredients in the body and thus increases the bio-availability.

SAFFRON EXTRACT

Saffron helps to fall asleep faster, improves sleep quality and nighttime recovery.1, 2 It also reduces anxiety.2

Saffron contains antioxidants, among others.
Responsible for this are the secondary plant substances in saffron, such as. B. the carotenoids.
They are called Crocin and Crocetin and are responsible for the yellow color of saffron.

MAGNESIUM

The mineral magnesium is involved in almost all bodily functions and influences for example muscles5 and nerve cells.12 It is also involved in the transformation of the essential amino acid L-tryptophan into serotonin and thus also in melatonin production. Melatonin is the sleep hormone that controls the body-own sleep-wake cycle.

HOPS EXTRACT

Some substances from the hop blossom (humulone, lupulon and some bitter acids) can act on different parts of the body. The hop is attributed a soothing and relaxing effect.

L-TRYPTOPHANE

L-Tryptophan is one of the essential amino acids and can not be produced by the human body itself but must be taken from the food. L-tryptophan is the precursor of serotonin (also known as happiness hormone), which in turn is converted into melatonin, the sleep hormone.

ZINC

Zinc is a vital trace element and the second most abundant in the human body.
It participates in numerous processes in the metabolism13, for example zinc plays a role in regeneration14,15, e.g. the growth processes of the body 6 and in strengthening the immune system7,18. Zinc is also involved in the formation of serotonin and in melatonin conversion.

VITAMIN B-COMPLEX

B vitamins are also referred to as nerve or energy vitamins. They play a crucial role in the formation of serotonin and melatonin and thus contribute to one natural and body-own sleep-wake-rhythm.

Niacin (Vitamin B3) regulates the energy metabolism11 in the cell power plants (mitochondria) and contributes to regeneration16.

Vitamin B6 is important for amino acid metabolism17 and is involved in the production of nerve messengers19 such as serotonin and the immune system.20

Thiamine (vitamin B1) supports the regeneration of body and mind.8

Vitamin B12 supports cell division9, promoting natural regeneration. It reduces long-term fatigue and fatigue.10

Most B vitamins can not be stored by the body and must be supplied to it regularly and in sufficient quantities through the diet.

Expert tips

for a good night’s sleep

Nutrition

Even your inner organs have a certain rhythm. Your pancreas and gut, for example, are a lot less active throughout the night. Which is why the amount of supper and the time at which you have it can affect the quality of sleep and the recreational value you get out of it. Remember that your body will have several hours of digesting to do after your last meal of the day. So, at least on weekdays, plan to have your evening meal at a time that allows you to go to bed sated but not full. Certain types of food can also help us sleep.

Exercise

The more active you are throughout the day, the better you will be able to sleep at night. Do not stay seated for longer than 20 minutes. Stand up as often as you can. The short walk to the coffee machine or to the toilet also counts. If you can’t go outside regularly or do sports, try engaging in little 1-2-minute exercise units. This will keep stress at bay.

Lifestyle

Many internal and external factors influence our sleep. It is well worth optimising them. Because the quality of sleep has an immediate effect on our wellbeing and, in the long run, on our health. Minimal changes can have a huge impact.
