LLR LIFETAKT Night Master - the new sleeping potion - provides a natural and long-lasting restful sleep when consumed regularly. The unique TRIPLE EFFECT1,2,3 supports the body's own sleep rhythm.
Even your inner organs have a certain rhythm. Your pancreas and gut, for example, are a lot less active throughout the night. Which is why the amount of supper and the time at which you have it can affect the quality of sleep and the recreational value you get out of it. Remember that your body will have several hours of digesting to do after your last meal of the day. So, at least on weekdays, plan to have your evening meal at a time that allows you to go to bed sated but not full. Certain types of food can also help us sleep.
The more active you are throughout the day, the better you will be able to sleep at night. Do not stay seated for longer than 20 minutes. Stand up as often as you can. The short walk to the coffee machine or to the toilet also counts. If you can’t go outside regularly or do sports, try engaging in little 1-2-minute exercise units. This will keep stress at bay.
Many internal and external factors influence our sleep. It is well worth optimising them. Because the quality of sleep has an immediate effect on our wellbeing and, in the long run, on our health. Minimal changes can have a huge impact.
A good night’s sleep is essential for our quality of life. If you wake up well rested in the morning, you will be fit, wide awake and concentrated and can start your day productively.
It is scientifically proven that sufficient sleep positively influences health and psyche, strengthens the immune system - and moreover makes you happy and beautiful!
However: More and more people increasingly suffer from sleep disorders. 78% of Germans suffer from sleep disorders - an alarming result, because healthy sleep is extremely important for our well-being.
What are the reasons? Read the exciting results of the national survey in which 1,005 women and men in Germany participated. Different social strata and age groups have been questioned about the topic sleep.
Rolling around at night and waking up exhausted is a problem affecting 78 percent of the women and men in Germany who were interviewed in the context of the current sleep study. 30 percent of these suffer from sleep disorders frequently or even always.
61 percent of women and 55 percent of men suffer from sleep disorder -either occasionally, often or always- the sleep problem is not primarily a female problem, it affects both women and men more or less equally!

Night Master contains important natural ingredients such as Aloe vera, saffron and hop extract. In addition, it contains L-tryptophan, magnesium, zinc and four B vitamins.
Aloe vera supports build-up and regeneration processes during the night and helps you wake up refreshed. It also enhances the utilization of other active ingredients in the body and thus increases the bioavailability.
Some substances from the hop blossom can have a soothing and relaxing effect on different parts of the body.
Saffron helps you falling asleep faster, improves sleeping quality and recovery during the night. 8,9 In addition, it reduces anxiety.9 Saffron contains antioxidants among other ingredients. Responsible for this are the secondary plant substances in saffron such as carotenoids. They are called crocin and crocetin and are responsible for the yellow colour of saffron.
L-tryptophan belongs to the essential amino acids and cannot be produced by the human body but must be absorbed through food. L-tryptophan is the precursor of serotonin (also known as happiness hormone), which in turn is converted into the sleep hormone melatonin.
The mineral magnesium is involved in virtually all body functions and thus influences e.g. muscles10 and nerve cells11 . In addition, it is also responsible for the conversion of the essential amino acid L-tryptophan into serotonin as well as for the melatonin production. Melatonin is the sleep hormone that controls the body’s sleep-wake rhythm.
Zinc is a vital trace element and the second most common in the human body. It is responsible for several metabolic processes12Zinc for example plays an important role during regeneration13,14 such as the growth processes of the body15 and the strengthening of the immune system16,17. Zinc is also involved in the formation of serotonin and its conversion into melatonin.
B vitamins are also called nerve or energy vitamins. They play an important role in the formation of serotonin and melatonin and thus contribute to the body’s own natural sleep-wake rhythm.
Niacin (vitamin B3) regulates the energy metabolism18 in the cells (mitochondria) and contributes to regeneration19.
Vitamin B6 is important for the amino acid metabolism20 and is involved in the production of neurotransmitters21 such as serotonin and the immune system22.
Thiamine (vitamin B1) supports the regeneration of body and soul.23
Vitamin B12 supports cell division24 and thus promotes natural regeneration. It reduces tiredness and fatigue in a long term.25
Most B vitamins cannot be stored by the body and must be taken regularly and in sufficient quantity with food.
